Activated Charcoal Magic Mushrooms and Pink Gin*

I wish someone had tipped me on the shoulder years ago and advised me about the mighty benefits of Activated Charcoal but, like most True consumer advantages, I found out by complete accident. I use it and don't know how I ever lived without it. A fine amount mixed with organic coconut oil can even make natural mascara (NOT tested on live sentient rabbits' watery eyes). Please check any recipe with your nutritionally qualified (eye) health professional, before use.

Which reminds me of Magic Mushrooms. We bought a small box/kit to grow at home and what an easy adventure that has been. They have differing amounts of vitamins B, C and D, selenium, iron, protein, fiber, copper - to name a few nutrients. Some people believe they assist weight loss, cognitive clearing, anemia, cholesterol, diabetes, cancer prevention, inflammation, immunity, and others say mushrooms can even communicate with humans! Just like the Trees @ The Biophilia Effect. Last week Hot Henry made me baked stuffed mushrooms with lime juice, cashew cheese, breadcrumbs, red peppers, olives, nutritional yeast, ginger, garlic, parsley, tarragon, pickled tomato and mango chutney, on toast. Yum.

A person introduced me to pink gin with cut up strawberries and mint, over New Year. I am not a big drinker, but Like this drink. Especially while Earthing bare feet on the grass. Movers & Shakers by the beach! Spinning the Earth. Did you know that Gin is sometimes vegan, a supposed plant based drink? Its main ingredient is Juniper berries, and aids digestion, coughs/lung health. Don't laugh but, from my research, it's good for the liver! In. Small. Amounts. Only. Okay.

This pic below shows the Person who has Everything, which is always relative of course. Independent Knowledge and the Freedom to Use It. We don't need permission to think for ourselves. Or do we? Every Day The Sun Shines. There's Hope.

My friend George loves my pink gin with grapefruit ice blocks but said he won't be ordering it while reading the Financial Times in the posh H$lton Lounge anytime soon!

PS: I regularly write through my book characters, and George and Hot Henry are a lot of fun to live with... I look forward to the day when my book is made into a movie and George comes to life again, this time on screen! If you'd like to read more about them plus other wild and meaningful characters, you'll find them in my latest book which is titled Creating with a Bang! and received Three 5 Star Reviews from The International Review Panel.
