Welcome to my Kitchen and the Future of Great Curries*

Mouth-Watering Curry, Rice in Turmeric and roasted Dukkah Naan Bread. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare and is a favourite at our house. Here are the recipe tips: organic ginger, garlic, leek, onion, lemon grass, curry/kaffir lime leaves, (easy to grow), cumin, Thai seasoning, garam masala, nutritional yeast, maple syrup, tomatoes, coconut cream, cooked potatoes and chickpeas. Chutney/pickles, lime juice, parsley and coriander on top. I make the plant based Naan bread with almond milk and keep a stash in the freezer for quick meals.

I cleaned up my kitchen (pic below) yesterday because my friend George was visiting but, what do you know, first thing, he legs it immediately out the back door into the garden to sit on the bare grassy earth under our sun-filled Peppermint tree. The. Biophilia. Effect. He wouldn't want me looking up to him, but being in his presence is magical. It's the Vibes, man! After our late night he slept on the couch, curled up with the dog, and they both had a big snooze until nearly noon!

I love my kitchen. It's the sun shining in the windows. It's also a sanctuary where I spend many hours re-learning valuable lessons to help anybody in there stay sane and well through energy-filled, long thought about, organic groceries, that may heal.

Pic below represents clear markers for us where fine food is prepared on a peaceful plate and karmic ties are woven on the tables of Time @ThirstQuenchers.com

PS: I regularly write through my book characters, and George and Lulu have a special place in my heart. If you'd like to read more about them plus other wild and meaningful characters, you'll find them in my latest book which is titled Creating with a Bang! and received Three 5 Star Reviews from The International Review Panel.
